Management of patients after heart operations with cardiopulmonary bypass with complications in the immediate postoperative period (heart failure; cardiogenic shock using ECMO, intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation; respiratory failure of various origins; acute renal failure; acute kidney failure; acute liver faillure; cerebrovascular accident; intestinal obstruction; septic complications and etc.); patients with acute coronary syndrome.
Masters puncture and catheterization of the central veins and arteries, punctures and draining of the pleural cavities, installation of a temporary pacemaker, Swan-Ganz catheter, methods of monitoring of intracardiac hemodynamics.
