Good afternoon, I had a surgery 12/03 in the clinic with Dr Frolov and Dr Kovalenko for a broken wrist. The surgery was excellent, recovery fast and very high professionalism. Also, very good follow up with Dr Kovalenko, who was asking news and giving advice in order to have a good recovery. I would like also to have a word for the Anesthesiologist Dr Sakalovich who was a very good professional as the anesthesia was efficient, and very good treatment of the pain (almost nothing). In few words, a very good team, with an excellent follow up any Dr Kovalenko and a very good job done by Dr Frolov. My Traumatologist in Barcelona (for the recommended control) and the Rehabilitation Doctor in Brazil told it is a very nice job done. Regards, Nicolas Mathis

Dr. A. V. Frolov I was admitted to ECSTO on Monday 15 Feb. I was picked up by EMC Ambulance at the hospital in Davydovo after falling on ice + fracturing my femor. The team for the ambulance was very good, kind and made sure I was OK. When I arrived at the ECSTO ER facility they were waiting on me and transit from Ambulance to ER was great. I was in a lot of pain and they help me with that. They quickly explained that I had Class I fracture and would need an operation. All staff were professional, kind and understanding. They assisted in all matters. Once I Was Admitted, I was taken to my room on the 5th floor. During my stay, all the staff, Doctors, Nurses, Assistants, Physical Therapists, they all were outstanding. Everything was splendid, everyone was very professional, everyone was very kind. They helped with what I ever I needed. I have been in medical facilities all over the world and this is one of the best. Thank you for all you have done to make me well.
