Register. Enter an e-mail or mobile number as a login.
Activate your personal account to synchronize the application with your medical record.
If you already have an activation code received at the clinic, click the "Enter code" button. If you want to get the code remotely, click the "get the code" button.
To pass identification, you will be redirected to the contact center operator.
