In 2007, graduated from MSUMD with a degree in “medical care”. From 2007 to 2009 he was trained in clinical residency in the specialty of Anaesthesiology and critical care medicine at the FSBI Russian research centre of surgery n.a. acad. B.V. Petrovsky, RAMS.
From 2009 to 2010 – he was trained in a clinical internship in psychiatry at the Psychiatric Clinic n. a. S.S. Korsakov.
Dr. Titov is skilled in methods of renal replacement therapy and plasma filtration on Prisma and Prismaflex devices, puncture tracheostomy, orotracheal and nasotracheal intubation, respiratory support (ALV, invasive and noninvasive ALV, HLALV, neuroadaptive ALV), nutritional support.
Experience
From 2009 to 2017 he had been working as a cardioresuscitator at the сardiac intensive care unit of FSBI Russian research centre of surgery n.a. acad. B.V. Petrovsky, RAMS. Specialized in the management of cardiosurgical patients. He was carrying out central veins and arteries punctures and catheterizations, pleural cavity puncture and drainage, temporary ECS as well as Swan-Ganz catheter insertions, intracardiac hemodynamics monitoring. He was engaged in the management of patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation (WABC).
From 2010 to 2014, he had been working as an emergency medical specialist in the Professional Medical League (Sanitary Aviation). Specialized in sanitary aviation (including shuttle transportation) in Russia and abroad, including the EU and Asia; emergency department patient transportation (patients after polytraumas and combined traumas of burn, neurosurgical, neurological and toxicological profile), healthcare delivery and preparation for transportation on the territory of in-patient departments in other regions, patient resuscitation in shock and critical conditions, after emergencies, accidents, polytrauma, fires, toxic effects, drowning.
