In 1998 graduated from the Burdenko Voronezh State Medical Academy with honours. He trained at Al-Makassed Hospital in Jerusalem and took a clinical residency at Al-Yamamah Hospital in Bethlehem and Augusta Victoria Hospital in Jerusalem. In 2003-2004 he took two courses in cardiopulmonary resuscitation at Al-Makassed Hospital and Hadassah University Hospital (Jerusalem). He took courses in oncology and clinical oncology at the Sackler School of Medicine at the School of Postgraduate Education of Tel Aviv University.
Experience
He worked at the Department of Oncology at Hadassah University Hospital from 2003. From 2006 he was the Chief Specialist of the Radiotherapy Department of Augusta Victoria Hospital. In 2009 he became the Deputy Medical Director of the Cancer Centre at Augusta Victoria Hospital. Certified by the European Council of Medical Oncology, the Israel Council for Clinical Oncology and Radiotherapy and the Palestinian Council for Radiation Therapy.
