Dr. Milliet is the leading surgeon in implant surgery of hearing devices. He studies implants of the middle ear. Dr. Milliet employs various methods of snoring treatment.
Dr. Milliet was the first one in Moscow to successfully perform implementation of hearing implant Vibrant Med-El in November 2008. He mastered method of functional endoscopic surgery of the paranasal sinuses (FESS - Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery).
Education
Dr. Milliet earned his medical degree at Marseilles University in France.
1981 - gold medal for completing residency: graduate work in the diagnostics of cancer at the preclinical stage using radiological investigations.
1982 - defense of a doctoral dissertation on the topic "Retrosigmoid access in otoneurosurgery".
1982 — achieved qualification in Head and Neck Surgery, ENT Surgery.
2014 - Robot-Assisted Thyroid Surgery Advanced Course, Seoul.
2018 - Diploma of the University of Nice with a specialization in head and neck tumors.

Dr. Milliet's clinical interests lie in the field of surgical treatment of various ENT pathologies with particular focus on pathology of the ear. He performs the full range of operation in the field of ENT surgery.

Dr. Milliet has practiced medicine since 1977. He worked in ENT-surgery departments of Marseilles hospitals for many years.
1977-1978 - service in the armed forces as a general surgeon assistant in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Diploma in Tropical Medicine.
1982-1986 - leading surgeon at the University Hospital of Marseille.
