Dr. Millier was the first in Moscow to successfully perform the operation to install the Vibrant Med-El hearing implant in November 2008. Proficient in functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery).

Dr. Millier has a degree in plastic and aesthetic surgery of the face and neck, which allows him to perform functional and aesthetic nose surgery, correction of various types of deformities of the auricles.
