In 1997 he graduated from the Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy in medical business. Afterwards he completed his clinical studies in neurosurgery at the Burdenko Neurosurgery Institute. At that time doctor Maryashev performed all types of craniotomy, learned stereotaxis and neuronavigation techniques, bypass and other surgeries of brain and spinal cord. His thesis was on topic "Centralneurocytoma. History, diagnostics, and surgery".
