Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers. It is dangerous because it often does not have pronounced symptoms, and the disease becomes obvious only in its later stages.
Currently, breast cancer ranks second among cancer deaths. There are over 50,000 registered cases of breast cancer in Russia yearly, and the incidence of breast cancer is increasing. Fortunately, with systematic care, the cancer can be easily diagnosed and treated in its early stages.

Experts at EMC's Breast Center can provide the whole spectrum of medical care for breast cancer, including early diagnosis with the use of modern, high-precision equipment, surgical treatment and rehabilitation, according to American and European protocols. At EMC's Breast Center, a complete standardized breast examination can be performed in one day, including digital mammography with tomosynthesis, ultrasound with elastography and Doppler, MRI (MR mammography) and if necessary, all types of tissue biopsy. The Breast Center employs highly-qualified specialists, who have experience training and working in Western European and US clinics, and who possess the full range of modern methods for diagnosing and treating diseases of the breast.
