There are situations when you are away from home, being, for example, out of town or on vacation abroad, and the need for medical care suddenly arises. Solving the issue of transportation to the hospital on your own in this case can be really difficult.
The Emergency Department carries out terrestrial and air medical transportation. The main factors influencing the way of transportation are the disease, the age of the patient, the distance from the place where qualified help can be provided and some other factors.

Ground transportation of patients

Our Ambulance vehicles are equipped with modern medical equipment that allows first aid and resuscitation. The level of equipment makes it possible to transport heavy patients in critical condition.
The cars are also equipped with special hydraulic receiving devices with partial and complete stabilization of the patient, vacuum mattresses and tires, transport boards. The availability of this equipment makes it possible to provide adequate immobilization for distant and long transportation of patients with severe injuries and conditions, not carring about the features of the roadway in remote regions. Drop counters and infusomats allow long-term and accurate infusion therapy during medical evacuation.
All automobiles are equipped with life monitoring systems, diagnostic equipment, life support systems. Each car has a full set of necessary medication for emergency aid.

Air transportation of patients

Depending on the situation and the severity of the patient's condition, we provide air transportation:
  • Transportation by a specialized medical aircraft equipped with a life monitoring system, resuscitation and other medical equipment. This type of transportation is used in critical situations, when the patient's condition is very difficult, and the situation needs prompt help
  • Transportation by medical helicopter (used at relatively short distances and in hard-to-reach areas).
  • Transportation on a transport plane (an ambulance is on board of a large transport aircraft, which allows the patient to be evacuated with a reanimobile without changing the medical life support equipment, under the constant supervision).
  • Transportation by regular or charter flight of the airline. The transportation is carried out according to the rules of air transportation of the airlines. If necessary, special medical equipment and stretchers are used.
