Sukhobokova Elena

Graduated from Russian State Medical University with a degree in Pediatrics in 1997; she completed an internship in a specialty of neonatology in 1999. Advanced training: Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, specialty of neonatology, 2013; "Up-to-date methods of respiratory therapy in newborns in the settings of perinatal center", 2016. A certified specialist in anesthesiology and intensive care.

Doctor Sukhobokova has 20 years of experience in her specialty. She headed the Neonatal unit in the Maternity hospital №7; a Newborn center at the Research Center of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology named after academician V. I. Kulakov of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation.

She has all necessary practical skills including management of children with extremely low birth weight and severe respiratory disorders, non-invasive techniques, high frequency ventilation, Central catheter insertion via peripheral access, developmental care method in newborns (massage, toddlers' swimming).

Area of professional interests: management of children born after IVF, children born from mothers with genetic thrombophilia.

Doctor Sukhobokova is a member of the Association of neonatologists.
