1995-1997 — clinical residency at the Bakulev National Research Center for Agricultural Sciences, from which she graduated with honors in Cardiology. 1997 — joined the staff of the Center in the Heart Transplant group, where she dealt with the problem of heart transplantation and dynamic cardiomyoplasty in adult patients.
She was the attending physician of a child who, for the first time in Russia, underwent successful implantation of an artificial ventricle of the heart, which allowed this patient to perform a heart transplant a year later. She also dealt with the problem of surgical treatment of cardiomyopathy in early childhood. In 2009, she completed an internship and training course on the problem of implantation of artificial ventricles of the heart in Greece. The doctor's patients were children after the most difficult heart surgeries (implantation of an artificial ventricle of the heart, apicoaortic conduit, reconstructive operations on the excretory part of the left ventricle of the heart, after surgery to correct congenital coronary anomalies).
He strives to constantly improve his professional level. Participates in various Russian and international congresses, symposiums, and makes reports. He has a large number of published works, both as an independent author and in collaboration. He regularly attends advanced training courses. In 2006, she completed a refresher course in the program "clinical heart transplantation" and "medical practice", in 2007 she completed a cycle of thematic improvement "Fundamentals of interventional radiology and endovascular surgery", in 2009, 2014, 2017 she completed a qualification course "Functional diagnostics in pediatric cardiology".
In 2008, she completed a professional retraining course in Pediatric Cardiology and received a degree in Pediatric Cardiology. In 2009, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2020 she took advanced training courses "Functional diagnostics in pediatric cardiology". In 2010, she graduated from the certification course "Modern aspects of diagnosis and treatment in cardiology". 2002-2022 — worked in the Department of Emergency Surgery for young children with congenital heart defects. She was directly involved in the opening and establishment of this new department, then worked for more than 10 years as a senior pediatric cardiologist at the department.
In 2012, she defended her dissertation on the topic: "Long-term results of mitral valve replacement in young children" for the title of Candidate of Medical Sciences in the specialty "Cardiology".
He is a permanent member of the visiting teams of the Bakulev Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education in various regions of the Russian Federation to provide advisory assistance to children with CHD.
In 2005, the highest qualification category in the specialty "Cardiology" was awarded, which was confirmed every 5 years.
