Doctor Titkov has graduated from Medical faculty of Medical Institute in Tula. He completed clinical internship in a specialty of «Psychiatry» at the Clinic of Psychiatry n.a. S.S. Korsakov. After internship, he has completed clinical residency at the National Scientific Center of Narcology of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation.
Now, Dr. Titkov is a clinical PhD student in the Department of psychopharmacotherapy at FSBI Federal Medical Research Center of psychiatry and narcology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
In 2014, he has completed continuing education course at the Department of pharmacology and evidence-based medicine of the First Saint-Petersburg State Medical University n.a. acad. I.P. Pavlov in «The basics of biometric statistics and planning of pre-clinical studies».

Psychopharmacotherapy and psychotherapy of patients with comorbid mental disorders and for those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction; treatment of acute intoxication with psychoactive substances.
