• 1983-1990 - Attending Radiologist;

• 1988-1995 - Senior Lecturer in Diagnostic Radiology;

• 1991-2002 - Director of Division of General Diagnostic Radiology;

• 1995-2007 - Associate Professor of Radiology;

• 2003-2011 - Chairman of Department of Diagnostic Radiology;

• 2007-ongoing - Professor of Radiology;

In 1979-1980 he was working as Attending Radiologist in Shaare Zedec Medical Center (Jerusalem, Israel), then in 1985 as Visiting Research Fellow in Royal Marsden Hospital and Cancer Institute Sutton, England. From 1990 until 2006 visiting Attending Radiologist, Adjunct Assistant Professor of Radiology and Adjunct Associate Professor of Radiology of Department of Radiology of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (Philadelphia PA, USA).

In 1991 and in 1999 prof. Libson received award for Excellence in Teaching by Thomas Jefferson Medical College and Hebrew University - Hadassah Medical School. In 2002 and 2005 he received the Certificate of Merit for the Advancement of Medicine in Israel (Scientific Counsel of the Israel Medical Association).

Prof. Libson published more than 100 publications in foreign scientific journals.
