Kardava Zurab
Zurab Kardava graduated from the faculty for preparation of doctors for the Navy at the Kirov Military Medical Academy in 1994. In 1996, he studied at the faculty for retraining and advancing qualifications of doctors for the Navy at the Kirov Military Medical Academy specializing in Anesthesiology and resuscitation and in 2006 in the "Extracorporal methods of detoxification and hemocorrection" cycle. He underwent clinical residency at the anesthesiology and resuscitation unit at the Kirov Military Medical Academy from 1998 to 2001. In 2002, he did training in the State Institute of Post-Diploma Education of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in the “Operative nephrology - hemodialysis” cycle.
Experience
From 1996 to 1998, he was head of the anesthesiology and resuscitation unit of the naval hospital in the town of Vilyuchinsk, Kamchatka Region. From 2001 he worked at the Central Naval Clinical Hospital in the town of Zheleznodorozhnyy, Moscow Region, as a senior intern of the resuscitation unit , head of the hemodialysis unit to head of the anaesthesiology and resuscitation and intensive care center with 20 beds.
From 2006 to 2010 he was the chief anesthesiologist-resuscitation specialist with the Russian Navy.
The doctor possesses various methodologies of general anesthesia, including guided, epidural and spinal, as well as modern techniques of apheresis, dialysis, sorption detoxification and hemocorrection.
