In 1995 graduated from the medical faculty of Smolensk State Medical University (SSMU). In 1995-1996 underwent clinical residency at Hospital Surgery Chair in SSMU. In 1996-1998 completed clinical residency on Urology at Urology Chair of SSMU. In 2003 underwent an internship on General urology in the clinic of professor Kurt Naber, Straubing, Germany.
In 2004 defended a candidate’s thesis on Prognosis of postoperative complications and lethality in surgical treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia.
In 2012 defended a doctorate’s thesis on Reconstructive surgery of urethra.
In 2016 underwent an internship in Radosh Ginovich Clinic, Belgrade, Serbia.
To the present day the doctor has performed more than 2000 andrological operations including more than 500 reconstructive surgical interventions on urethra lesions (strictures, hypospadias, trauma), more than 200 hydraulic and plastic penile implant surgeries.
The doctor is an expert in the area of conservative and surgical eandrology; conservative and surgical treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotence), premature ejaculation, male infertility etc.
Performs the whole spectrum of reconstructive urological and andrological operations, including the following: all types of surgical interventions for erectile dysfunction (penile prosthesis, vascular operations); reconstructive operations in case of traumatic lesions and urethra strictures; surgical treatment of male infertility (microsurgical operations for varicocele, vaso-vasal and vaso-epididymal anasthomosis); surgical treatment for premature ejaculation, penile geometry alteration (operations on lengthening thickening, correction of deformities due to Peyronie’s disease and congenital penis deformitites); correction of the defects due to previous operations, plastic genital surgery etc.
Experience
From 2004 till 2011 worked in Moscow Clinic of Department for Presidential Affairs of the Russian Federation and National Research Institute of Physical-Chemical medicine under the guiadance of the acknowledged national expert in genital surgery Professor Schepelev P. A.
In 2005-2011 was at the position of medical director of the Professional Association of Andrologists of Russia. During this period underwent multiple internships in the leading clinics of reconstructive genital surgery and performed operations in collaboration with Professor Eduardo Austoni, Sava Perovich, Guido Barbagli, Roberto Olianas, Carlo Betocchi, Ignacio Moncada, David Ralf.
Since 2011 is the head of Andrology Department of the Urology center of 3rd Central military clinical hospital named after A. A. Vishnevkiy.
Since 2016 is professor of Clinical Andrology Chair of Russian University of people’s friendship.
The doctor is a co-organizer of annual international conferences and surgical master-classes on surgical andrology and reconstructive urology.
In 2007 was awarded a honor gold medal named after the founder of current implantational surgery Nikolay Bogoraz for a unique surgical technique at the International Andrology Forum. /p>
Published more than 150 scientific works. The doctor is an author of 4 monographs, 5 methodical recommendations. Since 2011 is the head of genital surgery section in the editorial board of the scientific Journal of Andrology and Genital Surgery.
