Dr.Filaretova graduated from Burdenko’s Medical Academy, department of pediatrics in Voronezh in 1987.
In 1998 in Bakulev’s Science center of Cardiovascular Surgery Russian Academy of Medicine Dr Filaretova defended her thesis on the problem of cardiomyopathy at young age. After thesis defense Dr.Filaretova did a number of successfulscientific and clinical work in studies of diastolic function (in neonates) andnoncoronary changes in the myocardium of children (diabetic cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy).
In 2009 Dr.Filaretova defended her doctoral dissertation on the problem ofmyocardial diastolic dysfunction at noncoronary diseases of children. After defending her thesis she continued scientific and clinical work in the study ofpediatric cardiology at topics: heart failure of children, CHD of infants, and others.

Experience
1987 - 2003: Child’s cardiorheumatologist, chief of pediatric congenital heart defects catamnesis department of Voronezh district.
2011 – 2014: Child’s cardiologist at The FSCC PHOI in Moscow.
2007 – present: associate professor of child’s cardiology courses, department of cardiovascular surgery and interventional cardiology of Postgraduate Medical Education (department chief: Bokeriya L., academician) of Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry in Moscow based at Bakulev’s Science center of Cardiovascular surgery Russian Academy of Medicine.
Dr.Filaretova executes modern methods of research, diagnostics, treatment and monitoring of children with disorders of the heart and blood vessels,rheumatologic diseases, including children with secondary changes of the heart due to the primary disease (diabetes, hypothyroidism, pulmonary diseases andpathology of kidneys or nervous system) aged from birth to 18 years.
CHD, myocardium diseases, cardiac insufficiency in childhood. Practical and direct participation in the organization and functioning ofthe single course on "Pediatric Cardiology" in the Central federal district CFD on the entire spectrum of education.
Dr.Filaretova did a number of interesting and relevant scientific studies that were published in leading scientific journals and were presented at international congresses (in particular, 2014: 48th Annual Meeting of the AEPC 2014 Finland, Helsinki; EAPS 2014 Spain, Barcelona).
She has 56 publications in Russian and foreign editions, including articlepublication in the magazine «Pediatric cardiology» in January 2015.
