Graduated from the Russian State Medical University named after N.I. Pirogov in 1993, completed his clinical residency at the Department of Urology and Operative Nephrology of the Russian State Medical University from 1993 to 1995

In 2000, he defended his PhD thesis on "The use of high-intensity focused ultrasound thermal ablation in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia."
He is proficient in all types of diagnostic studies and the main types of surgical treatment methods in urology.
He worked at the Research Institute of Urology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation from 1995 to 2006 as a researcher at the Innovation Department, the Department of Andrology, a urologist at 47 GCUB and the consultative and diagnostic polyclinic of the Research Institute of Urology. He specialized in the study and clinical testing of minimally invasive methods of treatment of prostate diseases (drug therapy, hyperthermia, thermotherapy, brachytherapy, physiotherapy in urology), diagnosis of prostate cancer.
From 2006 to 2013, he worked as the head of the urology department of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Polyclinic No. 1 of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.
