Imported Varilrix vaccine (Belgium) is available in EMC.
The vaccine is well tolerated and protects the patient against the virus.
Vaccination is indicated for children over 1 year of age.
Vaccination includes two stages:
1. Pediatrician’s consultation; vaccine injection if contraindications are not found.
2. Booster vaccination: pediatrician’s consultation and vaccine injection if the child is healthy.
The minimum interval between vaccinations is 6 weeks.
Our pediatricians perform vaccinations daily: on weekdays from 09:00 to 20:00, on weekends - from 09:00 to 18:00.
