After the first year of residency started simultaneously working as a duty doctor in the Department of purulent surgery at State Clinical Hospital № 13; after completing the internship has been accepted to the Department of purulent surgery State Clinical Hospital № 13 for a permanent job, simultaneously working part-time as a duty doctor in the Department of general surgery State Clinical Hospital № 13. Over time, the main focus in clinical practice have become diabetic foot syndrome, later - bone and joint infections. Currently, the main focus of the work is paraimplant and paraendoprosthetic infections. Doctor Leval has experience of using vacuum therapy in the treatment of various pathologies, including abdominal (associated with the abdominal cavity) pathology. He mastered and worked with all vacuum therapy systems presented on the Russian market.

In his practice pays particular attention to rational antibacterial chemotherapy, including prolonged treatment regimens in patients with deep bone and joint infections.

Has experience in international clinical research according to international protocols.

Author of over 35 publications in Russian and international scientific journals.
