  • Transthoracic echocardiography;
  • Ultrasound of the abdominal organs (strictly on an empty stomach);
  • Ultrasound of the thyroid gland;
  • MRI of the mammary glands (performed from 6 to 12 days of the cycle!);
  • X-ray densitometry of the lumbar spine and one femur;
  • Blood test (strictly on an empty stomach): clinical blood testing with leukocyte count; erythrocyte sedimentation rate; glucose; total protein; creatinine; urea; AST; ALT; GGT; alkaline phosphatase; total bilirubin; bilirubin direct fraction; sodium; potassium; chlorine; TSH; T4 free; vitamin D; antibodies to HIV 1,2 + p24 antigen; surface antigen to hepatitis B virus (HBsAg); antibodies to hepatitis C virus (anti-HCV), total; microprecipitation reaction with treponemal antigen (RPR); antibodies to measles virus, IgG;
  • Urine analysis: general with sediment microscopy;
  • Fecal occult blood test
  • Comprehensive cytological study PAP test and HPV typing.

The second step is Conclusion on the state of health: repeated detailed consultation of the general practitioner based on the results of the examination with the issuance of a written opinion and drawing up a treatment plan (appointed a few days after the examination). Duration: no more than 30 minutes.
