In 2008 she has graduated from the SEI HVE Russian State Medical University of the Federal Agency for Healthcare and Social Development, specialty "Medical care".
From 2008 to 2009 she was trained in internship at The city clinical hospital № 13, specialization "General medicine".
From 2009 to 2011 she was trained in the academic residency at the FSBI Research Institute of Nutrition of RAMS, specialization " General medicine ".
In 2010, she completed an advanced training in dietetics at SEI SVE "Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education of the Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare".
In 2013, she completed her professional retraining in the specialty "Dietetics" at the SBEI HVE RNRMU n.a. N.I. Pirogov of Ministry of Health of Russia.
In 2014 she completed advanced training in dietetics at SEI HVE First Moscow State Medical University n.a. I.M. Sechenov of the Ministry of Health of the RF.
In May 2014 she completed an internship in Austria, VIVA THE CENTRE FOR MODERN MAYR MEDICINE.
In 2016 she completed a professional retraining in the specialty "Gastroenterology" at the SBEI HVE RNRMU n.a. N.I. Pirogov of Ministry of Health of Russia.
In 2016, she completed a course on the topic of "Microbiome" at the University of Camerino (Italy).
Experience
Since 2008, Dr. Selezneva works as a dietarian, nutritiologist, gastroenterologist in public and private clinics.
The doctor performs:

Treatment of patients with metabolic syndrome, obesity, anorexia nervosa, bulimia, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, patients with body weight deficit after surgical interventions.

Development and implementation of complex programs for obesity diagnostics and treatment, overweight, body weight deficit.

Identification of eating disorders causes, motivation and help in developing the right food habits.
Dr. Selezneva participates in the development and practical implementation of the results of a genetic testing of microbiome in the practice of a dietarian.
She participates in Russian and International congresses, dedicated to the problems of metabolic syndrome, obesity, gastroenterology and hepatology diagnostics and treatment.
In 2015, she defended her thesis for the degree of PhD in Medicine on the topic of "Special characteristics of the arachidonic acid metabolism and the role of lipids in the diet therapy of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis."
The doctor's works are constantly published in scientific journals ("Gastroenterology and Hepatology", "Hepatology international", "Hepatology", "Dietology questions", "Russian medical journal", "Nutrition issues", etc.); currently the doctor is working on a book in collaboration with two colleagues.
