Physical inactivity and unhealthy eating habits inevitably lead to excess weight. Very often the question is raised, what comes first: hormonal disorders or the wrong lifestyle? Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune pancreatic disorder, leading to the destruction of cells producing insulin. When this hormone is absent, the blood sugar level rises. The constant introduction of insulin is currently the only method of treatment of this disease. The treatment must be continued throughout the entire life.
